The integration into the SAP Sales Cloud, SAP CRM On-Premise or SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) in CAS Merlin CPQ creates new potential for an efficient customer relationship management. All the relevant customer information along the customer journey from the very first request to the quote is stored and managed in SAP CRM. CAS Merlin CPQ provides targeted support throughout the customer journey via the configuration of complex, variant-rich products, price calculations and quote creation. To this end, the CPQ solution can be seamlessly integrated into the SAP CRM.

Integrate CAS Merlin CPQ into SAP CRM

Quotes are created easily by transferring customer relevant data from the CRM system into the CPQ software. For example, information such as the customer's name, title and address can be transferred directly into the quote. Additionally, any country or customer specific presets from the SAP CRM can be configured in CAS Merlin CPQ. Quote parameters such as the currency are influenced by the default settings from the SAP CRM. If the customer is based in the USA, for example, the offer is created in English and shown in dollars.

The finished quotation is then sent back to SAP CRM and can be used for further communication. Other configuration data such as quotation volumes and shopping basket items can be displayed in SAP CRM fields or used in SAP CRM analyses and forecasts.
