Worldwide deployment of CAS Merlin CPQ

CAS Merlin CPQ is already being used by Jungheinrich AG in various countries and is therefore being deployed internationally. In the future, the CPQ solution is to be used in other countries and will soon be used across the board.

In Italy, for example, the solution is already an integral part of the quotation process, to map the increasingly complex products. Around 200 Jungheinrich AG employees use the software in Italy.

Efficient creation of quotes

With the help of CAS Merlin CPQ, extensive paper documentation on prices and product dependencies could be replaced. In addition, the CPQ solution supports a standardized sales process between headquarters and foreign subsidiaries and significantly simplifies the review and approval processes for offers. To ensure optimal data exchange, CAS Merlin CPQ is integrated into the global ERP landscape of Jungheinrich AG.

The result: the introduction of CPQ has reduced the time needed to prepare a quotation for some vehicle types from an average of 30 minutes to just one minute.
