Founded in 1968 and based in Ravensburg, Blum-Novotest GmbH is one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-quality measuring and testing technology for the international machine tool, aviation and automotive industries.
Today, the family-owned company employs over 600 people in Europe, America and Asia. Blum-Novotest GmbH is divided into three business units. In the "Measuring Components" division, the company produces contact and optical measuring systems for machine tools. In the second business division "Measuring Machines", the company develops and manufactures measuring machines, especially for the worldwide automotive industry. The development, manufacture and distribution of complex function, performance and service life test benches for the global automotive and hydraulics industries form the third business division "NOVOTEST Testing Technology" at the Willich site near Düsseldorf.
