The fine art of customer satisfaction

Freshly recovered and with renewed energy, many of us are entering a busy period after the vacation season: Year-end business is just around the corner, the projects planned for 2024 still need to be completed in the remaining months and planning for 2025 is about to begin. In the midst of all this, it is particularly important to keep our customers in mind and strengthen our relationships with them along the entire customer journey. I am therefore all the more pleased about the new x16 version of CAS genesisWorld, which supports you in this.

The new x16 version is characterized by diverse, innovative and time-saving functions that help to simplify processes, relieve employees and put the customer at the center. After all, emotional customer loyalty is the foundation of a company's success and is crucial for building long-term partnerships. The fact that customer enthusiasm is our top priority was also reflected in our award as "Germany's Customer Champions", which we were delighted to receive. It encourages us to successfully shape personal relationships on an equal footing and in line with our Customer Centricity model. But which criteria were particularly important in the survey? A detailed look at the results shows that our customers particularly value the quality of the software solution and rate it as very high with values. In addition, the future viability, flexibility and adaptability of the CRM + AIA® solution were also rated very positively. These good results confirm our high quality standards and the demand for a sustainable, adaptive and innovative CRM solution, which constantly accompany us in the further development of new functions.

In the survey, CAS Software AG as a company was rated above all as a very friendly, competent, solution-oriented and reliable provider that treats its customers as equals. A trusting partnership is very important to us right from the start. That is why, for example, we accompany our customers every step of the way with the CAS implementation method, from the selection and introduction to the further development of their individual CRM solution.
